The data published on this website is not owned by us, it is publicly available information that has been sent to the APRS-IS network by users all over the world. Data sent to the APRS-IS network is in the public domain, as all ham radio transmissions. Each user that send data to the APRS-IS network (by using a radio or any other solution) is responsible for their own transmitted data.
If you do not want your APRS data to be publiched on APRS-websites like APRS Direct you can just add "NOGATE" to your path.
We recommend users to only send tracking information regarding their own vehicles and objects, please ask for permission before you send information about an object that is not your own.
We will remove APRS data when the data is no longer necessary to provide a good service.
The website is using the HTML 5 Geolocation functionality to determine your current location. We will not store or share your current location with other users or partners, your position will only be used to display your location. This website is secured by https to protect the exchanged data. If you do not want us to use your HTML 5 Geolocation, you can just avoid clicking on "Go to my current position" or turn off the location services in your browser.
The initial map position is based on your IP address, this is achived by using the GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from http://www.maxmind.com.
