Each user that send data to the APRS-IS network (by using a radio or any other solution) is responsible for their own transmitted data.
If you do not want your data to be publiched on APRS-websites like APRS Direct you should not sent it to the APRS-IS network (this can be achived by either not transmitting at all or by adding "NOGATE" to your path).
We recommend users to only send tracking information regarding their own vehicles and objects, please ask for permission before you send information about an object that is not your own.
